We built the creative around education: what the treatment actually does, who it's appropriate for, and what a session involves. Framing it as information rather than a pitch lowered the barrier to engaging and, usefully, kept the campaign comfortably within platform policy for health advertising.
The landing page was built to earn trust before asking for anything: practitioner credentials, a clear description of the procedure, realistic expectations, and answers to the questions people would rather not ask in person. Only after that does it invite an enquiry.
That enquiry runs through a qualification form rather than a bare contact box. Asking a few relevant questions up front did two things at once: it filtered out enquiries that were never going to be clinically suitable, and it gave the team genuine context before the first conversation, which made those conversations noticeably better.
Automated reminders kept booked consultations from quietly slipping, and a retargeting campaign re-engaged the significant share of people who read the page, considered it seriously, and left to think about it. For a decision this personal, that is most of them.
